DELETING A ROOM To delete a room you need to go to the rooms tab again, then you can click on a room and if it can be deleted it will look like the image below: You can click the tick to keep the room or click the red simoleon to sell the room for the price that is shown next to the red simoleon button.

To clean a baby and turn the hygiene bar green you need an adult sim change the diaper. As far as the toilet bar goes there is nothing you can do to make that green. The baby has to go in its diaper, then the bar will turn green. Go into build mode and click on whatever you want to move. Go to the home store and select the wall. Drag the wall like you did in the room expansion tutorial but drag it over the item you want to move.

The program will then let you move the item. By clicking and holding the object or furniture on the game will it give you the option to move it. Or you can click and hold the floor and the game will give you options. Also, if you use the right mouse button it will rotate the furniture in 45 degree increments.

If you hold down the ALT you can put things down where you want to. For example I have a corner of the kitchen with cabinets and a bar lined up close to the cabinets to make a u shaped bar.
